Banner Ad Guidelines

Advertising Materials Submission Policies

Advertising materials are due at least three days prior to the start date and must comply with the specifications below. Please contact us to receive the address to email your advertising materials to. When sending images, please be sure to include the complete URL (web page address) of the accompanying link, as well as any appropriate ALT text for the advertising image (this is for those people who don't use a browser that displays graphics.)

Accepted Image Formats

We accept images in the GIF or JPG format only. We will accept animated images in the GIF 89a format, either in single or infinite animation loops.

Image Sizes and Dimensions

Standard banner ad sizes (in pixels width and height) are:
468x60, 125x125, and 120x600.
It will cost more or less than the rate above for larger or smaller banners.
Smaller sizes are 120x60 and 88x31.
All graphics must not exceed 15K in size.
